Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using travelhub.cam you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Service
TravelHubCam is a catalogue of real, unedited travel footage — walking tours, webcam views, flights, drives and ambient recordings — organised by place and type, with editorial context on each page. The videos themselves are hosted on and streamed from YouTube.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, to scrape content at scale, or to post unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Accounts and Comments
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Comments are moderated before publication. By posting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. You retain ownership of your text and can delete your own comments.
Intellectual Property
Video content belongs to its original creators and is embedded from YouTube under YouTube's terms. Editorial text, page structure, and the TravelHubCam name and design are ours. You may link to our pages freely; you may not republish our editorial text wholesale without permission.
Third-Party Services
The site relies on third-party services including YouTube, Google Analytics and Google AdSense, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for those services.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Video availability, embedded players and third-party data depend on services outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelHubCam is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
